Laptop and Paperwork

SERVICES

We can offer a turn-key solution to the application submittal, permit and inspection process, freeing you to maintain your focus on the actual construction project.

LEVEL 1

Organize and assimilate the necessary paperwork and applications:

  • We can simply file the Zoning Review, and/or Permit Application(s) or HOA/ARB Applications on your behalf.  This allows us to secure the necessary signatures, license #, etc.  and file the applications on your behalf.

  • Once the application has been filed, you can take over from there and continue oversight and follow-thru, to permit issuance, inspections and permit close-out.

This process typically involves 4 – 8 hrs of billable time.

LEVEL 2

Permit application submittal through permit issuances:

  • We can file the review applications on your behalf and continue oversight/follow-up until the permits and applications approvals are issued.  We remain your advocate through the intake process, continue negotiating any outstanding questions, additional information requested, etc.   Once the review process has been completed, permit release, inspections and close-out is up to you.

This process typically involves 10-24 hrs of billable time, depending on the complexity of the project, the municipality and the accuracy and completeness of the information initially provided.

LEVEL 3

Our turn-key approach:

We assemble and complete the applications, properly file the applications, engage and monitor the intake, review process and permit issuance, in addition to:

  • Oversee permit or HOA/ARB submittal, review and approval/permit issuance.

  • Continue to monitor the review process and advocate through the process, see the permit issued.

  • Monitor the inspection process to insure properly conducted trade, environmental, and zoning inspections including finals to close out the permit.

The process typically involves 24-30 hrs of billable time, depending on the complexity of the project, the municipality, and the accuracy and completeness of the information initially provided
